We hope that these pages will give you a good introduction to the Club and the facilities we are able to offer.
The Club, founded in 1890, is situated in a pleasant residential area to the north of Preston, just off the James Towers Way By-pass with easy access from the M6 and M55 motorways.
The Club provides facilities for Badminton, Crown Green Bowls, Bridge, Drama, Pétanque, Pool, Snooker, Table Tennis and Tennis. More information on these facilities can be found on the other pages of this website, along with information on how to join.
The main clubhouse houses a bar, which is open from 7 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive and from 7 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. on Sundays. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons the bar is open from 12 noon until 3.00 p.m. Last orders are called 30 minutes before closing time.
Also in the main clubhouse are two snooker tables and a pool table, together with a meeting room and a bowls pavilion. The meeting room is available for hire for meetings and smaller events. Please visit Hire of Hall and Wilson Room for more details.
The Club is fully accessible for wheelchair users and there is a toilet for disabled use.
